They offered the coziest fireplace lounge where you could relax by the fire, and the suite’s kitchenette was a highlight. The pool area was clean and welcoming. The only downside was that I only stayed one night and didn’t book a third, even though we loved it so much.

The location was convenient and the property allowed pets, but our room had a wet floor from cleaning, was very damp and musty, the beds were hard, and the rooms were noisy.

The front‑desk staff were super friendly, and we adored the relaxed, ski‑lodge‑style lounge beyond the lobby, complete with couches, chairs, tables, a big screen TV, and cozy spots to read or spend time with family. The place was welcoming, spotless, and felt like a perfect hang‑out; I told the desk people how much we appreciated it. The rooms were clean, had plenty of luggage carts, and the parking was close and easy. Everything was calm and friendly. The room itself was immaculate, fully equipped, had comfortable beds and pillows, and the built‑in lamp outlets made plugging in a breeze. Breakfast was outstanding—biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, plenty of muffins, bagels, waffles, cereal, and everything else you could want, all delicious. It’s the best place I’ve stayed in a long time.

The staff were great, and breakfast was solid with strong internet and a cabin‑like vibe. I felt the price was high for what it offered, the bathroom smelled of mold and looked dated, the doors creaked loudly at night, and a dog costs 50 bucks per stay.

I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to appear at the front counter for a 7 pm check‑in; a sign said they were away and there was no bell or call option to gauge the wait. We’d given this place a second chance after a bad stay about 10 years ago. The rate was reasonable, but the aging property delivers only what you pay for.
