A well-kept property inside a condominium, quiet, comfortable, easy to reach; the owners are friendly and helpful, the room was welcoming and even had a coffee machine! Everything was great, we only had a minor issue adjusting the shower water temperature, otherwise a comfortable stay.

The host was excellent, gave useful tips, located above pizzerias but almost no noise, a well-kept spot, walkable to the main avenue and the ZTL; it has an indoor garage great for motorcycles, I booked again after paying. The rooms are a bit small but well organized.

Even though my flight was delayed, the host waited for me and was very courteous, the place smelled nice, strategically located for strolling, there are covered walkways, nearby bakeries, supermarkets, bars.
The room is very spacious and clean, tastefully furnished and includes a washing machine. It has air conditioning, a coffee machine and is close to the city center.
