“I would not recommend returning to this facility been to pigeon forge several times this location by far the worst would”

The place had a good spot and hot water, but everything else was ancient. Lamp shades were stained and mismatched, and the bed had gum or candy stuck to the mattress. Bedding was old and gross, carpet was dirty and stained, and the lobby smelled unclean right when you walked in. The room carried a bad odor, and the free breakfast was just dry biscuits, gravy, and sausage that looked disgusting. The seating was camp‑style tables and chairs, and the pool area smelled like it needed a deep clean.

“Definitely not worth the money if you book online”

The spot was in a solid location, but the room cost a lot and felt very old, with rust everywhere in the bathrooms. The rooms were okay, though a better cleaning would have helped. The slide was a hit with our grandson, but the pool wasn’t heated as promised, and some of the games in the game room were broken. If I booked again, I’d skip the online deal because it was about 75 cheaper otherwise. Breakfast was free but awful; by 9:00 most items were gone, and it didn’t finish until 9:30.

“Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever seen in a hotel in my life. Not even on a frame and any time we moved it was super loud”

The location was solid, but the bed was awful and hard to sleep on. We asked for a crib for our 1‑year‑old and were charged $15 a night, only to receive a 10‑year‑old, falling‑apart pack‑and‑play that looked never cleaned and was stained everywhere. We’re all about safe sleep, so we had the baby sleep with us because it felt safer than those germs.

“Great location”

There were a few minor things that needed fixing, nothing major. The beds, however, were terrible.

“Not impressed.”

The only good thing was the location. The place was filthy; we never saw staff unless we walked past the front desk. We stayed a few days and they never cleaned our room (we didn’t have the “Do not disturb” sign out). Everything was very outdated, and we were not impressed. It could be so much better for such a good spot.
