The staff were engaged and friendly overall, but one evening they were understaffed and overwhelmed. The location is nice, within walking distance to the lake. The plastic flowers in the stairwell were terrible.

The room was clean and pleasant, quiet at night, and daytime music by the pool was fine. Breakfast was small but enough. The lake was a bit far, we drove. The pool was closed that day because of weather, we avoided the sauna because of a bad smell, and the price‑quality ratio didn't hold up.

We arrived almost 40 minutes late, yet the room was still not ready; we were told to wait. The staff gave an indifferent apology without offering any solution or compensation. When we finally entered, the toilet was dirty; after I asked, it was cleaned, but that condition at check‑in was unacceptable and left a very unpleasant impression of the service.

The staff were lovely and friendly, and the hotel was very comfortable. The pool was lovely and not crowded. Breakfast was fine, but I would have liked more fresh fruit, salad, and bread choices; it was a bit heavy.
