The location is excellent, close to the promenade with many restaurants and nice shops. The hotel parking was very comfortable. The rooms are great with a lake view and very comfortable. All the facilities are great. The hotel staff are very nice, smiling every day, helpful, and provide great service. The hotel and rooms are clean, and the staff cleaned our room daily. The lady who cleaned our room was very nice and friendly. The reception manager Barbara and all the staff are amazing and very professional. They cared for us from the moment we arrived and helped with any question. The breakfast is very tasty and offers a variety of food for every taste. We love it. We definitely will come back again and recommend it to everyone. My daughter had a birthday and the hotel team arranged a surprise with balloons, a birthday card, a very nice cake with a candle, and appetizers. The surprise was great, and my daughter was surprised and very happy. The reception manager Barbara and the staff gave us special attention and treatment. They really touched our hearts with their care, special attention, smiles, birthday greetings, and the surprise, and we appreciate that. We will never forget such great service and will come again to this amazing place. Thank you, Dear Barbara and the entire hotel team for your amazing service and the greatest treatment. We will never forget.

“Dobre na jedną noc, ale drogi parking.”

Helpful staff, air‑conditioning in the room, and cleanliness. Very large breakfast selection: fruit, vegetables, hot dishes, juices. Parking is expensive even for this area (10€). The beds could be more comfortable, no mosquito nets so there were bugs. Getting to the city is tough without a sidewalk, on a busy road.
