The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were adequate and very relaxing, but the common toilets could use more frequent floor and toilet cleaning; they weren’t dirty, just sandy, and a fresh toilet would improve the experience.
The beach is a major draw, with a surfer’s cabin, sunsets, and a laid‑back vibe; Clean Beach coffee is nearby for breakfast, and the popular Cabsat, Great Northwest travel stop, and El Union Coffee spot are all within walking distance. We also tried Kermit and Coco Mama. The shared bathroom wasn’t the cleanest—white tiles get dirty quickly from sand, so concrete might be better. I left my wedding ring by the shower, forgot about it, and when I returned after two hours it was gone; the staff couldn’t help, which was disappointing, though I know it was my mistake. Be careful with your belongings.

The staff literally stole our food and forced us to check out at 9 AM! I have never seen such outrageously disrespectful behavior from any staff in my entire life.
The facility was clean and the staff professional, and the backyard beach and walkable restaurants added to the appeal.
The location is great, the beds are comfortable, and the accommodation is amazing for groups.
