Decor. It was HOT! I called rhe operator 3 times to ask how to turn on the ceiling fan, he said there IS a remote.there wasn't. I asked how to work the ac.he said just follow the instructions. There was a fan, a portable AC and the AC and it was still too hot!!

Location was convenient but that was it!. e pulled into this hotel at 7:15pm. We needed a one night stay to board a cruise ship the next day. We dropped our stuff off in the room qhen we got there then left to go eat dinner. We got back around 10pm. Mind you check in was at 4pm and I hadn't even got in the bed yet. I went to lay down and it just felt moist and humid in the room already but I laid there thinking it was just muggy, NO! That was not the case! MY BED WAS WET!!! I was hoping for water but it smelled like straight urine and was soaked!!!! I LAID IN SOMEONE ELSES BODILY FLUIDS!!!! I immediately called the front for a room change. Me and my friend i was traveling with then had to share a bed because that was the only room available. The front desk associate, Natish, came into the room. I told him to smell it, he did. And AGREED that is smelled like pee!! I spoke to Natish the next morning, and he said he spoke to his supervisor Kevin, and he was going to refund my room. That was incorrect. I called Kevin after I got back from my cruise, because I didnt have time from checkout to being on board a boat. He told me he would not refund my room and only part of it because qe stayed in the other room available. EVEN THO I HAD TO HAVE A ROOM CHANGE AT 1030PM!!!! WHERE ELSE WERE WE GOING TO STAY?!??!?! Along with the BODILY FLUIDS OF A STRANGER, the hotel smelled like they mopped with dirty mop water, the elevator got stuck on us twice, WHILE IN IT. We went to see what they had for breakfast, mind you we only wanted water, we were NOT eating there. No water available qith breakfast, only milk and orange juice. I asked for water and was pointed to a "fitness room" where we saw 2 water fountains. HOT water fountains, that when the button was pushed the water flew onto my friend standing 2 feet away from it. WHAT?!?!?! After speaking to Kevin Patel, the one running the hotel, he told me he wouldnt refund me

The bed was soft and the hotel was quiet, but there was a noticeable mildew smell.

The location was good, yet the property was really beat up; my first room had a blood stain on the sheets, and the second room had mold on the ceiling.
