I was blown away by the customer service; the reception manager Shah Murad was exceptional, always looking after us and helping whenever needed. The staff were lovely, the hotel was clean, and the location was really pretty and amazing. The food was great, and my room was spacious, clean, and beautiful, with plenty of towels, 2 robes, slippers, toiletries, and a bathtub. Everything was great—thanks!
