How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The beds were good, but nobody told us that the rooms were connected; we were set up in a situation where we arrived after a long day of traveling and suddenly found that the rooms were shared with musicians and we had to share a bathroom and kitchen, which we didn’t expect.

The location is great, but the kitchenette could use a dish towel, and the bathroom door could open more smoothly and quietly.

The accommodation is in a fantastic spot right next to Moravské náměstí, making it easy to explore Brno’s center; we also liked the shared kitchen’s utensils, fridge, and microwave, and the room was spacious enough that even our larger group didn’t feel cramped; the cleaning lady was very friendly and cheerful. On the downside, the place sits directly above a Georgian restaurant where the staff and guests smoke, so the smoke drifted straight into our room through the balcony and windows, and the host’s communication was confusing from the start.
