The location was perfect, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The pillows were far too high and heavy, the door handles and other guests made noise, there was no hair dryer, and although there was a balcony, smoking was not allowed there so we had to go down to the hotel entrance.

The proximity to La Défense was good, but the same key opened all rooms, there were no real beds, just an uncomfortable mattress.

I was only 10 minutes from the Défense RER/metro, which made getting around a breeze, but the bathroom was shared and the apartment on the 9th floor had a broken elevator.
