The accommodation was centrally located and reasonably clean, but the room was a joke; we booked a terrace room, yet the terrace turned out to be just the hotel’s public area, so we paid extra to sit in a shared space. What hurt us even more was the manager’s rude, immature, and unfriendly reaction during our phone call when we voiced our concerns—something we’d never experienced before, and it was truly shameful.
