“no issues was a pleasant stay”
The location was good, but since it was only an overnight stay I didn’t get to explore much.

The bedroom was large and comfortable, but the hotel sits right beside a very busy road, and the pool was under renovation—a fact we only learned two days before arriving.

The only positive was the location near Arches Park, but the advertised pool was unavailable, no email notification was sent so we couldn’t cancel, the cleanliness was terrible with a bloody mattress, uncleaned rooms, and towels from a previous guest; the staff avoided responsibility and the breakfast lacked coffee, orange juice, and apple juice at 7:30 am; the bathtub coating was peeling, leaving our feet wet; there were no commercial offers or cancellation proposals, and the hotel refused to contact management.

The location was good and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the floor wasn’t mopped, so you could feel the dirt and dust, and your feet would turn dark brown from the lack of mopping.

The place sat near restaurants and Arches National Park, which was great, but the pool was unusable because it was so hot; a few umbrellas for shade would make it more welcoming.
