I appreciated being able to borrow a washing machine, the cool sea breeze, the relative quiet from the neighboring room, and the clean futon and sheets; however, while I didn’t mind it, some guests might find the gulls noisy.

The ferry terminal is close by, and after the ferry arrived they kindly stored our luggage, allowing us to catch a bus to the cape‑tour route; the Momoiwa viewpoint was also within walking distance. I was woken up by the cries of seagulls in the morning.

Near the ferry terminal, the staff were friendly and the room came with a mini fridge, but there was no air conditioning and it felt a bit stuffy during the summer.
