Breakfast was very good, and the location in MK was excellent, right near the main railway station. I had no TV on my first night, no signal, and the issue wasn’t handled well.

Great location, easy parking and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. Nice size rooms and beds. Clean and tidy. We had an accessible room (812) which is ok. The shower, unless pointed toward a wall sprayed water across the room as the shower curtain isn't enough to contain it. It also puddles in the shower enclosure as the tiles fall the away from the drain. The room is tired an needs a refirb. There is a lack of plugs/charging points next to the bed and in the room in general. The plugs there were are behind the tv making access difficult. Bed is comfortable but the 2 pillows are hard and large. 2 is too much and 1 is not enough. It is an adjoining room and its noisy. It was possible to hear every activity of the couple next door disturbing our sleep
