Air conditioning, location, and decorated rooms were great, but there was no breakfast, no soap, you had to knock on two doors to get in, and the elevator was always occupied.

Clean and good location, but there was no water in the room.

Check‑in was very easy, the young staff member who greeted us was very friendly, cleanliness 10/10, the room was spacious with a large terrace, and it’s easy to reach both the historic center and Central Station; highly recommended. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

The location is great. Right in front of the hotel is a tram stop, opposite the post office, close to supermarkets and small restaurants. The balcony in the room was great, so we could sit outside in the evenings. Also, having two rooms (2 adults, 2 children) was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The elevator is a disaster. Very small. We always had to fold the stroller so it would fit. No air conditioning in the hallway or the elevator.
