Excellent for travel, comfortable, quick check‑in, and you can arrive whenever you wish. It was a great experience.

I expected an experience similar to Berlin capsules, but the surroundings looked very unsafe, so I cancelled and switched hotels. I couldn’t even get into the hotel; arriving at night, the area was dark and felt unsafe, and the staff member who attended us was disheveled and confusing in his explanations, so I cancelled and found a safer place.

I arrived very late and no one was there to greet me, as expected. I was told I had to pay in cash and walk to the main office, which is several blocks away, at 2:30 am. I wish the property had allowed advance payment or better communicated the options. As a solo female traveler, I felt very uncomfortable navigating Bogotá’s streets alone after just arriving in the country.

Self‑check‑in. Unexpected extra charges, no toilet paper or soap, you have to pay to use the kitchen, and rules are only announced when you try to do something.
