I was left feeling ripped off after staying on the street for two nights; they promised a refund for the leaking issue but never paid, so I don’t recommend this place.

The spot was convenient, but the carpet was filthy and the shower pressure was almost nothing.

Nice proximity to town, free parking, and good bus links, but the stairs were a hassle.

The old town is within walking distance and there’s a car park, yet the fridge was broken, windows wouldn’t open, and the cleaning could have been better.

The staff were friendly, the room was spacious enough for two, had all we needed and looked brand‑new, but the location isn’t ideal—you have to walk a bit to reach Edinburgh’s main area.
