I confirmed their hotel booking but upon arrival the reception claimed they had no record of my reservation. After showing them my email confirmation they finally booked me and my family in a different hotel, yet they still charged the same amount. I’ve never seen such fraud before, and I don’t understand how this hotel appeared on this site.

The garden was nice, but there was nothing else to like.

Nothing to like, very disappointing and dirty place. Will never go there again. The room was filthy with insects walking around, and I stayed more than 4 hours. Kids were scared by a giant spider on the wall. They’re just exploiting tourists stuck in Naran who took the Besham route home. Instead of offering facilities, they only want to get money.

We were going to arrive after 11 pm and needed dinner. We called the property to confirm if the kitchen would still be open; they said it closes at 11 pm, but to make sure we could eat, they took our order over the phone and had dinner ready when we arrived and checked in. This was an exceptional gesture from the hotel!
