“Don't stay here”

The price was cheap. The noise was brutal: cars came and went all night, people shouted and slammed doors, and a guy on the second floor hung out on a railing all night. One queen bed had a deep indentation in the middle, making it very uncomfortable and it needs replacing. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly; I had to try several times with just tissue paper. There was no coffee pot in the room. The bathroom smelled like marijuana while we were there. I stayed two nights. The cleaning staff were right outside the room and told me I didn’t have to clean it, but I asked for extra towels for the second night; even though clean towels were on the cart, they said I’d have to take the used towels to the front office before I could get more. Breakfast ran from 6:00 to 9:00, but when we went up at 7:45 there was no coffee and no one to help. I checked back at 8:30 and still no coffee or other items. The staff were not friendly, didn’t ask if we needed anything, and I didn’t feel safe. I wouldn’t stay here again.

“it got us through”

The location was good, and the staff were both very nice. After the first night I had to change rooms because the end of the building felt like a drug alley with dirtheads standing by the door smoking cigarettes and weed. The new room smelled better but had mold on the bathroom ceiling; the bedding was awful—like dirty old army blankets. The stool squealed when it filled, the sink handles were loose, and the pool was dirty and peeling, making it unhealthy. Breakfast was okay, but it could learn from Comfort Inn, whose breakfast was outstanding.

Conveniently located near other spots, but my room had mold.

Nothing about the place besides a place to sleep at thus point. Facility manager was rude drugs were delta right in front of our door and we were 3 doors down from office entrance so no security what so ever no regard for anything going on within the property or its rooms charges a pet deposit on service animals which is against Ada laws or compliance then argues the law then its presented charges a accidental after being paid for in full saying they can do what they want if I want a refund go through them
