How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel isn’t in the center, but it’s very close. The views from the windows are spectacular, especially in our luxury room with panoramic windows. It’s a convenient spot on the way to the village for trekking. The staff is excellent and tries to help in every situation. A separate building attached to the hotel creates noise from 6 am to 6 pm, but it didn’t bother us. Also, the windows are a bit dirty, probably due to construction.

A great location with a beautiful valley view on the edge of Sa Pa’s center. If you want a spot to trek, visit Cat Cat, or go to Fansipan, this place is perfect. Everything is easily reachable from here. The staff is very helpful and welcoming, assisting with ticket bookings, trekking, or anything else you need. I’m very satisfied. The accommodation itself is perfect, but there is a lot of construction in Sa Pa, and the hotel’s surroundings are also under development. It doesn’t bother you much, but it’s worth mentioning. We didn’t sleep less because of it.

I was told a day before that there would be super loud construction next to the hotel, so they wouldn’t let us in, claiming we wouldn’t be able to sleep.
