The house was very authentic, and the staff were extremely helpful whenever we asked for something. They spontaneously provided a bag of toys, and at check‑in we received a basic pack of pasta, tomato sauce, and fresh water in the fridge. The view is phenomenal, and the property is spacious enough. Each house also has its own private area. Around the pool, all the parasols were blown away, many were broken, and there was no shade. A suggestion: install a permanent canopy somewhere. The house’s canopy is nice, but it’s only covered with bamboo. I’d recommend adding plexiglass or plastic so you can sit outside even when it rains. Also, add a few solar lamps to the grounds.

The location is dreamy, and the pool is fantastic! We were greeted warmly by Gisella and Elmar, and communication before arrival was excellent. If you’re looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place; if you prefer a livelier scene, you’ll find it just 30 minutes from the beach with lovely shores and plenty of restaurants. Volterra is easily reachable and definitely worth a visit. We had a wonderful, restorative holiday. Nothing was left to be desired.

Not for everyone, but if you enjoy outdoor activities and tranquility, this spot fits the bill. The hosts were truly lovely and made us feel welcome. The single bedroom was small yet cozy, and the view was breathtaking. The pool was large and the water temperature was good. Dogs were allowed. The only drawback was the limited Wi‑Fi; it was sufficient for us but not suitable for heavy work tasks.
