It sits in a prime spot with a calm sea‑front view, is very clean and well‑maintained, the staff are friendly, and they provide a proper brochure with all the necessary information, which is very helpful.

We were greeted with a very warm welcome upon arrival. The location was perfect for holidaymakers arriving from the Sea Cat, as we did, and it was super convenient because we were given a key, so we didn’t worry about being back by a certain time. It’s over the road from the bus terminal in Ryde. I was shocked by the awful fake bad reviews on the site! I’m glad the owners responded to those and called them out. The rooms are good value for the price. The bathroom was very small, but that was expected from a B&B.

The location was great, the room was basic but the breakfast was very good; adding an extra shelf and hooks in the bathroom would help.

The location was fine, but everything needed a full refresh from top to bottom.
