The spot is convenient for reaching the town centre and the beach, but the room is in a semi‑basement and almost completely dark and stuffy, except for a small, probably downward‑facing window.

“Perfetto”

The location was absolutely brilliant, close to the beach and only a short walk to Piazza Europa, and the facilities were terrific; aside from not being able to boil a kettle for tea, I had one of the best stays of my Italian trip this year—thanks a lot Claudio and your team. The only downside was the absence of a kettle for tea (not everyone drinks coffee); I found an induction cooktop but the pot was non‑magnetic and wouldn't work.

The location is great—crossing the street you’re already on the beach, near bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The bed was comfortable and the mini‑fridge worked well. It’s worth choosing for a short stay, but the room feels damp, there are no towel racks, communication before check‑in was sparse, and everything else was handled via WhatsApp.

The spot is good, but the room was never cleaned, nobody was ever seen physically, and there was a roll of toilet paper for two people for three days.
