“Terrible”
Hotel or construction site? At least a construction site has coffee. We understand that the single machine in the breakfast room can break, but it’s strange that even hot water for tea was too difficult to provide given that the place has a full kitchen. The host kept repeating that the broken coffee machine costs €10,000‑€20,000 and is too expensive to replace. One of the other guests, in vain, tried to explain that boiling water in the kitchen would at least allow us to make tea (or make filter coffee). The host refused because it was too busy in high season (there were 10 people in the breakfast room). The entire hotel was messy and dirty due to renovations happening at the same time. Worst hotel we have ever stayed at.
