How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was modern, very clean, quiet, and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was new with all the fittings. Towels were soft and fragrant. Two bottles of water were kindly offered. Breakfast was also great with fresh products. I tried the restaurant, which I highly recommend. The friendliness and care of Mrs Franca, Maurizio, the bar lady (sorry, I don’t know her name), and the restaurant waitress are the cherry on top.

The room we stayed in for just one night was spotless, wide, spacious, with modern furnishings, very comfortable beds and all the comforts (air conditioning, safe, mini fridge, balcony with a convenient clothes‑drying rack). The bathroom was roomy and windowed, the shower was wide and came with shower gel and soap. The owner, Mrs Valentina, welcomed us kindly, had already turned on the air conditioning for us and had prepared water bottles, which we appreciated a lot arriving in the hot August afternoon. The whole place is brand new and the owners also have a restaurant on the lower floor that we unfortunately didn’t try because we were in Pescara on a Tuesday (the day it’s closed). Breakfast was included in the price and we had it at their bar: it was simple with a hot drink, an orange juice/smoothie and a brioche or cake. Their cakes are homemade and they offer vegan sweets. The lady at the bar was also very kind and helpful. We had a great time! Thanks to the owners for the wonderful welcome!
