The spot is perfect and the staff are very careful and polite, especially the man who runs the front desk—he’s very kind, offers useful local tips, and goes out of his way to help guests generously. The only downside is that the breakfast could use a bit more variety.

The hotel is neat and clean, located in the heart of Besiktas with all amenities and transport nearby. The breakfast is simple but fresh and tasty, especially the bread. The room was handed over in the morning even though check‑in is after 2 pm, which let us make the most of our time and walk around.
