The decor looks great and the bathroom finishes are stunning, breakfast is limited but nicely presented, and the host is friendly, accommodating, and informative; however, this is definitely a shared living arrangement and noise from other guests' rooms—and even from ours—is easy to hear, so the location works best if you have a car.

The bathroom is very nice, breakfast is served in a lovely communal room on the floor, the balcony is nice, parking is in front of the door, and the host is very friendly; but if you like a hearty breakfast with cheese and sausage, you should bring it yourself.

Fabio welcomed us with kindness and cordiality, the property is clean, cozy, and well‑kept, I love the breakfast room set up with care, there was no nighttime noise, and we had a truly good stay.
