The front desk staff tried to do a good job, but with so many guests they couldn’t be as efficient as they could have been. The breakfast was pretty good. Parking was terrible. The doors to all the rooms were very dirty and needed cleaning or repainting. Outside lighting was unsafe; there was no lighting at the back. I called maintenance twice to fix our TV and they never came. I went to the desk twice for help, and the front desk said they didn’t know how to fix it, apologizing as if it was okay that I didn’t have a functioning TV for two days.
