The location was fine. I searched your site for a place with air conditioning, but this place had no AC or elevator. The Deluxe room didn’t even have water glasses; there was one tiny cup for two people. The bathroom floor was in bad condition. The shower worked poorly, and at times it was hard to cut off the water because it kept coming out. To cope with the heat we opened the window, set two fans on either side of the bed, and tried to rest. When the temperature dropped, the room still felt hotter inside than outside. The building entrance had three trash cans inside, and in the last few days the smell became unbearable. The stairs were always littered with material scraps or unremoved boxes. The family room had one large fan that broke during the night, startling my kids; Nicolás was very kind and replaced it with a small fan. The main room of the family unit had an Ikea storage unit in front of the bed with a mirrored door that was broken. There were two huge washing machines inside the bedroom! Above the bed, near the door, there was a storage area partially covered by a curtain. The second bed was on a mezzanine that didn’t reach a meter in height, which wasn’t explained in the listing, and that bed was unusable because my teenage children are over 1.75. In the living‑dining area there was an old armchair and a broken lamp. I understand the desire to highlight vintage, but that doesn’t justify having broken or dilapidated items.

Location, comfortable apartment, and host’s friendliness. Very quiet, no street noise heard. Everything was fine.

The place is in a great spot, but the room was filthy, rough, and full of bedbugs—my photos show the bites.

La ubicación es buena. La falta de ventilación, el olor a humedad y el calor es imposible dormir en el lugar
