The place was spotless and the pool area was fantastic, but the bar staff were not very friendly and the waiters outside the pool seemed annoyed and had a poor attitude.

The hotel is gorgeous, and although I only stayed one night after a cruise, the huge pool opened at 7 am so I had it all to myself for a swim; the take‑away restaurant offered delicious food and free champagne glasses were a nice touch. I booked the club level, which was very nice, though I’m not sure I’d do it again. Breakfast was great with plenty of options, but evening snacks were limited and I had to buy something more substantial at the casual diner. I’d definitely stay here again, despite the limited club‑level snacks in the evening.

The spot is great and the staff were top‑class, but the hidden fees were a real let‑down. Resort fees, pricey parking and other extras weren’t shown when I booked, and the rate jumped by 60 %. The hotel was still worth it, but that price hike was a huge mismatch.

Everything was beautiful and the service was excellent. There was nothing to complain about; everything was good.
