The place looked like a cozy chalet online, but it turned out to be a tiny room that barely fits a single bed and no private bathroom—just a shower. It’s tucked between tables in an open area, so from 8 am you’re staring at a crowd of people walking past your window, which only has a thin curtain and no real privacy. The shared bathroom is about 15 m away, infested with roaches, crickets, and even frogs, and the shower water didn’t feel clean.
