The location is awesome, the place is clean, and Wyn was very friendly and helpful—highly recommend for great value.

The hotel is gorgeous, the room spotless, and the staff super friendly. A staff member helped us out and offered a discounted early check‑in for a few extra hours. There’s no HALAL breakfast, but we could still grab watermelon and orange juices. The property sits right next to the famous ootd spot, European Street.

The room and bathroom were lovely and cozy, making for a pleasant stay overall, though the window had a bit of dust. Everything else was fine. At checkout, the receptionist insisted we ate instant noodles supplied by the hotel and demanded payment. We actually bought the noodles from a mart, and the hotel never provided them—only drinks were in the room. The fact that the receptionist knew exactly how many noodles were in our room made us uneasy, implying someone had entered while we were away. No housekeeping had taken place, the trash wasn’t emptied, and the bed wasn’t made. We couldn’t understand how the room was accessed under those conditions and firmly refused to pay the charge.
