The ambiance was good, but the price for repeat clients was higher than expected.
The location was fine, but the actual room size differed from what was advertised online; the staff initially lied that the property was sold out and that no other rooms were available, yet the occupancy was less than 50%; after insisting, staff finally showed us better rooms; credit card machines were not working so we had to pay in cash even though card payment was advertised; the power kept going on and off; at the sports zone there was no powder for the carrom board and the air hockey game had no electric connection.

The location is great and the vibes are positive, but honestly it felt like staying in my own home.
The rooms were nice, the restaurant was good, and the food was good.
“Okay for good pictures, not a comfortable stay”
The food was tasty and the ambience was good, making the restaurant the highlight of the stay, but the cleanliness was awful—worse than a 2‑star hotel. Management should seriously address this; they’ve poured money into the interior yet the property isn’t kept clean. Our rooms were not even cleaned before we were handed the keys: snack wrappers were under the bed, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest, burnt match sticks lay on the floor, and the flush cover was broken.
