Service here is top‑notch—clean rooms, comfy beds, and staff who are always friendly and ready to help. The location in Mitú puts you close to everything you might need, making it a solid pick for any traveler. I’d definitely stay again.

The rooms are huge and come with a desk that’s perfect for getting some work done. On‑site dining is solid, and there’s a tasty neighboring place called Cumbiana if you want a change of scenery. The lobby even has a fridge stocked with drinks and a water dispenser with hot and cold options plus instant coffee packets. I didn’t find anything to complain about, but I’d hoped for a bit more wow factor beyond the basics, which were still delivered at a high level.

For the area, the price‑to‑quality ratio is hard to beat and the facilities are kept tidy. It’s a straightforward, no‑frills place that does what it promises.

The hotel’s right by the main park, which is super convenient for getting around. Unfortunately, the Wi‑Fi crawls along at a snail’s pace, making it hard to stay connected.
