The location is good for reaching the train station. The bed was comfortable, the room clean and fully equipped. When we arrived the room had not been cleaned and after I reported it the owner sent staff. We had to wait outside, and after an hour and a half the room was ready and clean, but unfortunately I was late for my appointment.

The room is nice and in a quieter part of the city, with breakfast vouchers for a bakery just down the street, and the hotel provides shampoo and body wash. It would be nice to have a fan in the room.

As a bed & breakfast, it offers good value for money. Bus access is easy if you know where to go. It’s a bit noisy from the street, but the windows block the noise. The simple breakfast at the nearby Café Pegasos is very good, especially the cake. Communication with the host via WhatsApp is excellent. Florence is a dream. The rooms should be inspected for cleanliness by the host during hand‑over.

Our room was very clean. If you want to stay away from tourist crowds in a quiet place, this is a very ideal location. The room is spacious and airy, with a kettle and tea provided. Check‑in and check‑out were very practical. Communication with the host was quick. The lack of a minibar was especially inconvenient in hot weather. The room is on the second floor of a high‑ceiling apartment building with no elevator. The location is a 30‑minute walk from tourist sites, so if you plan a lot of walking, the room’s location might feel far.

I stayed at a place where we could manage everything ourselves; the room was spacious, had air‑conditioning and a TV, and the bathroom was clean and functional—nothing else to add, it was great.
