“Incredible stay surrounded by peace and authentic nature”

The hosts were incredibly welcoming; we arrived on the first day and they surprised us with a fantastic lunch without prior notice. They gladly showed us the lodge’s surroundings, including the included game drive. Dinner by the fireplace was amazing, and they did a great job showcasing their culture and traditions while staying attentive to every need, making the stay very comfortable and peaceful. The lodge is small, so the environment stays quiet and relaxed. They also provided useful information to help us make the most of our trip, both at the lodge and in the area. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, better team, or better meal plan. I would recommend it to everyone.

“Molto raccomandato!”

The lodge feels really welcoming and the staff make you feel right at home, everyone is kind, helpful and ready to assist with anything you need. Set in lush greenery, you can join game drives both morning and evening to spot wildlife, and Cedric even pointed us to the best safari spots based on the weather during our four days in Hoedspruit, recommending truly spectacular outings. The food is excellent, varied and refined – well done to everyone! We did experience two windy days during our four‑day stay in Hoedspruit, and the rooms got a bit chilly; Cedric told us that such weather is unusual and the rooms aren’t equipped with heating.

“We went there to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday and he really loved the place very much.”

The breakfast was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the location. It was very peaceful, which was exactly what I wanted. The staff was very friendly, and the food was amazing. Charmaine is an excellent cook, and Cedric ensured that we enjoyed our stay and game drives. Nothing really; I was looking forward to playing in the pool, but it was being renovated because it was still winter
