The property is great, the hosts are responsive, and it’s close to public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, and I felt very safe traveling alone.

The staff were really friendly, the bed was comfy, the wifi was good, and there was no noise from neighbouring rooms, but during school hours it was quite loud.

The staff were attentive, everything else was fine, just the room is very, very small.

A well‑run pension in a quiet area within walking distance of Edinburgh Castle, a spacious and well‑equipped room on the second floor with a kettle, tea, fruit and shortbreads; the price is relatively high, but it’s reasonable by local standards, and the room looks better in person than in the photos.

Clean, friendly people, warm welcome. You’re escorted to your room and fruit is placed on the bed.
