The reception was friendly and the room was clean and organized with a comfortable bed, but on the day there were power issues, a generator malfunction caused intermittent electricity.

The reception staff were super polite and helpful, the room spotless with a gas shower and heating AC, cozy blanket, large comfortable bed. We asked for a few minutes to finish all the food because there was so much, served wonderfully. Breakfast was amazing, the best I've had at any hotel. Will definitely return. Only missing a more refined game room, but that didn’t affect our stay; otherwise perfect.

The room leaked water through the windows onto the floor, strong mold smell, and the bathroom shower leaked water all over the bathroom.
