Nothing. Because there was no one. I waited outside and there was nobody there. The place doesn’t exist.

The place was clean and the AC worked fine, but it was a bit confusing to navigate.

There was nothing good, and everything was lacking.

There was no one at the front desk, the hotel was closed, and I had to call and wait on the street with all my luggage while the staff tried to find a room that wasn't ready; when we finally moved to another unprepared room, the staff forced us to clean up while we waited outside, so we left. Everything was terrible: bad staff, no organization, no reception, and I wondered if the hotel even existed.

The neighborhood was residential, but the place was dirty—stains on the sheets and bathroom walls, a filthy bathroom, and a moldy smell in the room. We asked for fresh sheets and they were provided, so we checked out early and didn't stay another night. A portable charger was left behind and the manager didn't give a satisfactory reply. The main door couldn't close properly, the closet was dusty, and we felt cold at night.
