The house itself is fantastic—spacious garden, a big clean pool, fruit trees and plenty of spots to lounge or sunbathe. Its location near Yerevan and the airport makes it a perfect launchpad for day trips, and we never had any issues with parking or Wi‑Fi. The hosts were great, and I can’t think of anything that bothered us.

The villa had everything a big family could need: a huge open‑plan kitchen‑living area, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, plus wardrobes, tables and nightstands in each room—more than enough space for five adults and a child. We even spotted a dishwasher, though we never turned it on. The owners were very kind, though we only met them on arrival and departure days.

The pool was clean and inviting, and the terrace offered a nice spot to relax. Hayk and Chris were extremely friendly, supplied us with drinking water, and gave solid advice on local sights and how to order groceries through the Yerevan City app. The apartment was spacious, even equipped with a piano we could play, and the Wi‑Fi was solid enough for us to work from home.
