How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Warm water in the shower and at the sink at all times. Good breakfast with a wide selection on a nice rooftop terrace. Parking right in front of the house. Police stations right next door. Free coffee, tea, and water bottles on every floor. Would come back! The city center is a 20‑minute walk.

“Muy buen hotel y una atención muy cálida”

The hotel was great, the room was fully equipped and comfortable, and the price‑to‑quality ratio was excellent. The room had a brand‑new, high‑quality TV. Breakfast on the sixth floor (the terrace) was cozy with attentive staff. The only downside was that the room I got heated up a lot during the day because of the sun, which could bother some guests; it would help if they offered an optional fan or, better yet, installed air conditioning in those rooms.

“Pésimo servicio”

The place looks nice and the rooms are clean. When I arrived at 1:30 pm, the rooms weren’t ready; I had to wait in an uncomfortable reception area. They handed me a room, but the second room took another hour to be ready. The lights flickered all over the hotel and even on the street where it’s located, making it hard to get there because the area is not well known and taxis can’t find it. The reception staff were never there when I called, and the administrator and a receptionist named Gianina were quite rude and disrespectful.

The extra touches like a bathrobe and slippers, plus a good breakfast, were nice. The price seemed a bit above usual for the room, but I guess that was due to the carnival dates.
