The breakfast was fine. The toilet was broken, had been reported twice, and kept running water loudly without being fixed. The mattress felt ancient, older than the hotel. The toiletries we checked into were already used. Money went missing from my room. Management said “too bad” and hung up on me. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The place was tidy and the spot was handy, but the door to the room we got was broken and we kept getting locked out. We asked for a different room, yet they said everything was sold out, and the service left us pretty disappointed.

The location was super convenient and the staff were friendly, but I found a roach in my room, which lowered my score a bit. Overall it was great; just make sure to spray for insects.
