The onsen was nice, but the building itself felt old and could use proper maintenance; the dinner menu was overloaded, so cutting back and improving the quality of each dish would be better; also the items sold in the shop need a review because nothing there seemed appealing.

I had a great stay here, the service was top-notch and the food was amazing - both breakfast and dinner were delicious! The staff were really helpful, and I appreciated that the menu was translated into French, it would be nice if they did the same for breakfast too. The only thing I'd change next time is bringing a car, getting around without one was a bit tough.
