Lorenzo was very accommodating, always replying instantly on WhatsApp and very friendly. He even helped us arrange an inexpensive transfer. For the super cool kiosk across the street, you get a voucher for breakfast per person per day—that was great. We had expected a room with a balcony, but it turned out to be on the ground floor. That wasn’t a big deal, just a small point to note. Unfortunately, there were some ants in the room.
