The minibar was stocked and great; we arrived at night and there was only one person at reception with many guests to attend, who was diligent, quick, and attentive, but it would help to have another staff member.

The location and comfort were good, but we ran into issues with the door key on some rooms, which forced us to change floors and go to reception to open the door; overall it wasn’t that pleasant.
