The proximity to Fabrika is great, and the housekeeping is super. The reception is mediocre, lacking presence; it opens from 7:30 to 16:00, but when we arrived it was closed, and phone calls went unanswered. This is not normal for other guests either.

Breakfast is filling, but all the fruit isn’t very fresh— the oranges were rotten. The front desk is only staffed during breakfast hours; otherwise, no one is around and phone calls go unanswered. Toiletries were only provided on the first day and not replenished the next. The town center is 1 km away, uphill and downhill, exhausting in the bright sun, especially after buying water at the supermarket. The room is indeed small, and two people feel cramped.

The room is comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is good. Free transfers from the airport and port were very welcome. Nothing else to add.
