The spot is super relaxing and the breakfast is top-notch, but the natural pools are freezing. The lodge itself is lovely, but with the wooden structure and climate, there are a lot of insects and cockroaches. Staff did try to address the issue, but it wasn't a total fix.

Patrick, the boss, was incredibly friendly and accommodating - definitely recommend.

The forest surroundings are pretty cool, but getting to the place from the main road is a bit of a pain. Not ideal, but it's a trade-off for being surrounded by nature.

Overall, the facilities are pretty good, with excellent services and amenities. The restaurant service is outstanding, from breakfast to à la carte. One downside is the pool temperature, which was a bit chilly - a heating system would make it usable year-round.
