Even though it was a bit of a drive, the welcome at arrival felt lovely. Our bags were taken, the rooms were close together with the air on, and front desk staff Zain was gracious. I would recommend it 100% and plan to stay again. Our host‑partner CRS also called it terrific. The small restaurant was not ready, so we waited an hour for food, but it turned out good. They let us use the breakfast room for a short meeting with our Water Access Now team and host team. Breakfast was good and delivered fresh each time a new person arrived. The only downside was the distance from the main downtown area and the airport.

The environment felt cosy and serene. The security personnel were well trained and understood customer service, and they even washed my car. All other staff I interacted with were very willing to help. Their rooms were spotlessly clean and well furnished. Meals were tasty. I really enjoyed my stay and will return to Best Lodge again and again. Betty and Zainab were particularly wonderful people who helped make my stay enjoyable.
