I really liked it – it was cozy, spacious, and close to the center of Olmue. The heated pool was the best, and the showers came with soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer. I liked everything.

A perfect place to rest; the rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the food is exquisite. We came with babies and they arranged everything so we could have a wonderful holiday. Everything was excellent; the only comment would be to have a food option or vending machine after closing time. We tried ordering tea after hours and my husband was scolded for not ordering it during café hours. The pool could use a bit of maintenance too.

The outdoor areas were beautiful and well maintained, the heated pool was great, and the food was excellent. The staff’s attention was also exceptional. The bed’s mattress was in terrible condition, sheets slipped off, the sides sagged, and it lifted in the middle, so we slept poorly. The rest of the room was immaculate. I recommend updating the mattresses and curtains, which are also translucent.

The hotel’s location and the option of an indoor heated pool were great, and the restaurant was good, especially the waitress’s service and the café. From the moment of check‑in we had a rough time: we respected the 16:00 check‑in policy, waited an hour eating at the restaurant, and when it was time to enter the room it wasn’t ready and they gave us no clear estimate, only that they were “reviewing” it. Being pregnant and with my 2‑year‑old, they didn’t prioritize our room even though we arrived an hour early, claiming they handed rooms out by number, which felt awful. We finally entered the room about 40 minutes later, and the cleaning was subpar: we found a fecal residue, the water pressure was so low it never ran properly, leaving the bathroom unusable. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed fully, with dirt and mud in places, and the bathroom towel had a red tint that looked like lipstick. The only compensation for the bad experience was being allowed to stay an extra two hours after check‑out because I asked; otherwise I couldn’t leave. This was my first visit and it was disappointing.
