“Placentero”
I liked the accommodation because it’s very comfortable for resting, and the rooms are pretty, though a bit small. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Everything else was fine.

The facilities are amazing, comfortable, and safe, and Ivan, the attentive manager, served us superbly. The beds are a delight to sleep on, so you don’t want to get up. The place is super clean, with no fingerprints on the mirrors. I arrived by motorcycle; there was no shade, but the security is appreciated. It would be nice to have shade in the parking lot.

The facilities are very pretty, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are attentive and pleasant. It’s close to the city center, so arriving is quiet and relaxing for rest. I hope to come back soon.

Alan: you’re a jewel! From the moment we arrived, Alan welcomed us and went the extra mile to make our Guanajuato road‑trip unforgettable: he explained how everything worked, gave suggestions, and even guided us through some of the city’s charming lanes. The room and facilities were so clean they sparkled. The place is a healthy walk from downtown proper, which made it calmer than many other spots we looked at. Last but not least, parking, a precious commodity in hilly Guanajuato, is included on site. The last stretch of the access road is a bit nerve‑wracking because of how narrow it is. We drove a VW Taos and it BARELY made it through with mirrors folded in. If you’re driving anything larger than a Taos, you better be the most skilled driver in your hometown. Also, a small safe either in the bedroom or at the front desk would be a nice addition.
